This policy explains what personal data EDGAR/calls (“EDGAR”, “we”) collects, why, and the rights you have. We aim to collect as little as we need to run the service.

If you subscribe, we send the Brief on the basis of your consent and process your email to deliver it. Every issue has a one-click unsubscribe. Calls in those emails are impersonal research, not advice — see our Disclosures.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and a limited set of analytics. Non-essential cookies are used only with your consent, which you can change at any time.
We use trusted processors to run EDGAR: Supabase (database & authentication), Stripe (payments), our email provider (Resend) for the Brief and alerts, hosting (Vercel), and market/SEC data sources. We do not sell your personal data.
Some processors are based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on an appropriate transfer mechanism (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision).
We keep account and billing data for as long as your account is active and as required for legal/accounting purposes, and usage data for a limited period. When no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
Subject to applicable law, you can access, correct, delete, port, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. EU/EEA users may lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. To exercise any right, email legal@edgarcalls.com.
EDGAR's calls are produced by automated models, but they are general research about securities — they are not automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
The service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (for example, certain US-state privacy rights). Contact us to exercise them.
