These Terms govern your access to and use of EDGAR/calls (“EDGAR”, “we”, “us”). By using EDGAR you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
EDGAR/calls is a publisher of impersonal, SEC-grounded equity research — not an investment adviser. The service is operated by its founders. Questions: legal@edgarcalls.com.
You must be at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter these Terms. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you where you access the service.
EDGAR offers a free tier and paid Pro (€15/mo) and Premium (€29/mo) tiers, plus a developer API. Features, limits and prices may change over time. See Pricing.
EDGAR provides impersonal research and education only. We are not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer, our calls are the same for every user and don't account for your circumstances, and nothing on EDGAR is a personal recommendation or creates a fiduciary or advisory relationship. You make your own decisions. See our Disclosures.
The service and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” with no warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability or fitness for any purpose. Calls are opinions and may be wrong or out of date. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
The operator and an affiliated trading operation may hold or trade the securities EDGAR rates. This is a conflict of interest, disclosed in full on our Disclosures page, which forms part of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive loss, and for any decision you make based on EDGAR. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including certain consumer rights).
You agree to indemnify us against claims and losses arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Don't scrape, resell or redistribute our content or the market data beyond your licence; don't reverse-engineer the service; and don't use it to break the law. Market data (e.g. prices) is licensed for display only and must not be redistributed; developer-API quotes are bring-your-own-key. Our SEC-derived analytics are ours. API use is subject to the rate and usage limits published on Developers.
EDGAR's content, models, software and marks are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own non-commercial research, subject to these Terms and your plan.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe in euros and renew automatically each period until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period. EU/EEA consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal — where it applies and you haven't waived it by starting use, contact us for a refund of the current period.
You are responsible for your account and credentials. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.
EDGAR relies on third-party sources including SEC EDGAR and a market-price feed, and may link to third-party sites. Their data and terms are their own; market data may be delayed.
We may update these Terms or the service. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above; continued use after a change means you accept it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator is established, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction — without removing any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganisation or sale. These Terms, together with the Disclosures and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us about the service.
This is a plain-language draft of our Terms and is not legal advice.
